By registering for the Intermediate Line Dance Social hosted by Beyond Line Dance, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Participation Risk: You voluntarily participate in dance activities and assume all risks inherent in such activities, including but not limited to physical injury.
2. Medical Fitness: You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in moderate physical activity. If you have any medical conditions, you have consulted a physician prior to participating.
3. Media Release: You grant Beyond Line Dance permission to photograph or record the event for promotional purposes, and to use your image or likeness in connection with those purposes.
4. Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. In the event that the event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
5. Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and safe manner during the event. Beyond Line Dance reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe without refund.
